Commentary for Chullin 209:26

ולא כלום

For if my father were to eat flesh now he would not eat cheese until this very hour to-morrow, whereas I do not eat [cheese] in the same meal but I do eat it in my next meal.

Rashi on Chullin

It is forbidden to eat cheese - Because meat exudes fat that stays in the mouth and the taste stays in the mouth.

Tosafot on Chullin

"At the next meal I'll eat": Not just at the meal that is customary - one in the morning and one in the evening - rather even immediately, if you clear the table and make the concluding blessing, it's permissible, since the Rabbi's didn't differentiate.
