אמר ליה

[of the hands] is a meritorious act the last washing<span class="x" onmousemove="('comment',' Lit., 'the last water ; i.e., the washing of the hands after the meal.');"><sup>14</sup></span>

It is forbidden to eat cheese - Because meat exudes fat that stays in the mouth and the taste stays in the mouth.

Tosafot on Chullin

"At the next meal I'll eat": Not just at the meal that is customary - one in the morning and one in the evening - rather even immediately, if you clear the table and make the concluding blessing, it's permissible, since the Rabbi's didn't differentiate.
