אשה מדיחה את ידה אחת במים ונותנת פת לבנה קטן
- Abaye answered: There it was on account of evil spirits.<span class="x" onmousemove="('comment',' The washing of the hands referred to on the Day of Atonement is that which has to be performed in the morning on account of the evil spirit that clings to unwashed hands.
