Commentary for Chullin 277:33

קשיא דריש לקיש אדריש לקיש קשיא דר' יוחנן אדר' יוחנן

It is a votive-offering when a man says: 'I take upon myself a burnt-offering'; it is a freewill-offering when a man says: 'Let this be a burnt-offering'.
