דילמא חדא ביעתא הוא דרמיא

that a man's courtyard acquires [property] for him even without his knowledge, is correct, then apply to this case the verse: If a bird's nest chance to be before thee, which excludes that which is always at one's disposal!<span class="x" onmousemove="('comment',' And since the dove-cote has acquired the eggs for the owner the law of letting the dam go surely cannot apply.');">²⁵</span>
