מיתיבי שתי חצירות זו למעלה מזו ועליונה גבוהה מן התחתונה עשרה טפחים או שיש בה גידוד חמשה ומחיצה חמשה מערבין שנים ואין מערבין אחד פחות מכאן מערבין אחד ואין מערבין שנים
