טעמא דעניבה קשירה מעלייתא היא הא לאו הכי עניב להו והאמר רב יהודה בריה דרב שמואל בר שילת משמיה דרב קשר של תפילין הלכה למשה מסיני הוא ואמר רב נחמן ונוייהן לבר
