אמר אביי תרי תנאי קאמר לה אי מטינא למדינת הים לאלתר ליהוי גיטא אי משתהינא באורחא תלתין יומין ולא אתינא ליהוי גיטא הגיע לעכו וחזר דלא למדינת הים מטא ולא אישתהויי נמי אשתהי תלתין יומין בטל תנאו:
