וכך היו אנשי ירושלים וכו': אתמר רב אמר הלכה כאנשי יהודה ושמואל אמר הלכה כאנשי גליל

So did the men of Jerusalem etc. It was stated: Rav said: The halakhah is in agreement with [the practice of] the men of Judea. And Shmuel said: The halakhah agrees with [the practice of] the men of Galilee.
