Commentary for Ketubot 109:7

ייחד לה ארעא בארבעה מצרנהא בלא שבועה בחד מצרא פומבדיתא אמרי בלא שבועה בני מתא מחסיא אמרי בשבועה והלכתא בלא שבועה

If [her husband] has set aside for her a plot of land [defining it] by its four boundaries [she may collect from it] without an oath; But if [he only defined it] by one boundary, [the scholars of] Pumbedita say: She collects without an oath. The [scholars] of Mata Mehasya say: With an oath. And the law is that she may collect without an oath.
