Commentary for Ketubot 112:7

והא שמעינן ליה לרבי מאיר דאמר כל המתנה על מה שכתוב בתורה תנאו בטל הא בדרבנן תנאו קיים קסבר ר' מאיר כתובה דאורייתא:

But have we not heard R. Meir say: Anyone who makes a stipulation against that which is written in the Torah, his stipulation is void. [This implies] that if it is against a law of the rabbis it is valid. R. Meir holds that the kethubah is of biblical origin.
