ואלא כשאין מעלה לה מזונות ולא מעלה לה מעה כסף לצרכיה מ"ט דמאן דאמר מחיים קדוש

But if it is a case where [the husband] does not provide her maintenance and does not provide her a silver ma’ah for her other needs, what is the reason of the one who stated that “it becomes consecrated while she is still alive?”
