תנו רבנן הרי שנתנו לה בן להניק הרי זו לא תניק עמו לא בנה ולא בן חברתה פסקה קימעא אוכלת הרבה לא תאכל עמו דברים הרעים לחלב

Our Rabbis taught: If a woman was given a child to nurse she must not nurse together with it either her own child or the child of her friend. If she agreed to a small allowance for food she must nevertheless eat much. . While nursing the child she must not eat things which are bad for the milk
