הכא נמי כיון דאגידא בי לא קא יהבו לי אחריתי אלא אידי ואידי שתבע לייבם ולא קשיא כאן כמשנה ראשונה כאן כמשנה אחרונה

Here also [could he not say], “Since she is bound to me no other wife will be given to me”? Rather, both statements [deal with one] who claimed her for levirate marriage, but there is no difficulty, one follows the earlier Mishnah while the other follows the latter Mishnah. For we have learned.
