רבי אמי שרא למיבעל בתחלה בשבת אמרי ליה רבנן והא לא כתיבא כתובתה אמר להו אתפסוה מטלטלין

Ammi permitted first intercourse on Shabbat. The Rabbis said to him: But her kethubah is not written yet! He said to them: Let her seize movable goods.
