אמר רב כהנא משמיה דעולא המקדש על תנאי ובעל צריכה הימנו גט זה היה מעשה ולא היה כח בחכמים להוציאה בלא גט

R. Kahana said in the name of Ulla: If a man betrothed a woman on a certain condition and then had intercourse with her, she needs a get from him. Such a case once occurred and the sages could not find the power to release the woman without a get.
