אלא משנתארסה משום דאיכא תרתי חזקה העמד הגוף על חזקתו וחזקה אין אדם שותה בכוס אא"כ בודקו והאי ראה וניפייס הוא מאי אמרת חזקה אין אדם מיפייס במומין הוי
