Commentary for Ketubot 167:15

ואי תנא הא בהא קאמר רבי עקיבא אבל בהך אימא מודי לרבי טרפון צריכא:

And if it had taught about this [a deposit, I might have thought] that R. Akiva said it only about this, but about a [loan] I would have said he agrees with R. Tarfon. Therefore both were necessary.
