והוינן בה מאי קסבר אי קסבר ירושת הבעל דאורייתא אמאי יחזיר ואי דרבנן דמים מאי עבידתייהו

And we asked about this: What does he hold? If he holds that the husband’s inheritance is from the Torah, why should he give the property back? And if it is from the rabbis, why should he get any money [for returning it]?
