ולא אמרן אלא דלא רגיל דעייל ונפיק להתם אבל רגיל דעייל ונפיק להתם אימא איניש אחרינא אפקיד ואיהו מיחזא חזא

This ruling, however, applies only to a man who was not a frequent visitor at the guardian’s house, but if he was a frequent visitor there it might well be assumed that another person has made the deposit and he happened to see it.
