ההוא דאמר להו נכסיי לטוביה שכיב אתא טוביה א"ר יוחנן הרי בא טוביה

A man once said to those around him, “Let my estate be given to Tobiah,” and then he died. [A man named] Tobiah came [to claim the estate]. R. Yohanan said, “Behold, Tobiah has come.”
