אמר ליה אינה מגורשת מדרב ושמואל דרב ושמואל דאמרי תרוייהו והוא שצבורין ומונחין ברשות הרבים וצידי רשות הרבים כרשות הרבים דמו

He said back, “She is not divorced, because of the ruling of Rav and Shmuel, both of whom have stated, ‘It must be heaped up and lie in a public domain’ and the sides of a public domain are regarded as the public domain itself.”
