מתקיף לה רב ששת האי יורשין משביעין אותה בית דין משביעין אותה מיבעי ליה

Sheshet raised a difficulty; Then [instead of saying,] “the heirs may impose an oath upon her,” It should have said, “The court may impose an oath upon her.”
