ומן הסכנה ואילך אע"ג דלא מפקא גיטא גביא שרשב"ג אומר מסכנה ואילך אשה גובה כתובתה שלא בגט ובעל חוב שלא בפרוזבול

And from the time of danger, however, a woman may collect her ketubah even if she does not produce her get, for Rabbi Shimon ben Gamaliel says: from the time of danger a woman collects her ketubah with out a get and a creditor collects [his debt] without a prosbul.
