אלמנה מן האירוסין במאי גביא בעדי מיתה וליחוש דלמא גירשה ומפקא גיטא וגביא

How does a woman who was widowed after her betrothal collect her ketubah? By the witnesses [who testify to his] death. Should we not be concerned lest he divorced her and she takes out a get and collects [again]?
