Commentary for Ketubot 181:1

והכא בדינר מקרקעי קמיפלגי מר סבר מקרקעי אין מטלטלי לא ומר סבר אפילו מטלטלי

but they differ [over whether it is necessary for the surplus] dinar to consist of real estate. One Master holds that only real estate is regarded as a surplus but not movables and the other Master holds that even movables [are regarded as surplus].
