ומי מצית אמרת הכי והתנן ר"ש אומר אפי' יש שם נכסים שאין להם אחריות אינן כלום עד שיהא שם נכסים שיש להן אחריות יתר על ב' כתובות דינר

But can you really say this? Have we not learned, R. Shimon says: Even if there was movable property it matters not unless there was real estate [the value of] one dinar more than [the total amount of] the two ketubot?
