ההוא גברא דהוו מסקי ביה מאה זוזי הוו ליה תרי קטיני דארעא חד זבינהו בחמשין וחד בחמשין אתא בעל חוב טרפא לחד מינייהו הדר אתא וקטריף לאידך

There was a man against whom there was a claim for a hundred zuz. He had two small plots. He sold one for fifty zuz and the other for fifty zuz. His creditor came and distrained one of them and then he came again to distrain the other.
