אמר ליה הכרזה לא קמיבעיא לי דא"ר זירא אמר רב נחמן אלמנה ששמה לעצמה לא עשתה ולא כלום

He replied: I do not need to ask about a public announcement because R. Zera has stated in the name of R. Nahman, “If a widow assessed [her husband’s estate] on her own behalf her act is invalid?” Now how did this case happen?
