תנא במה דברים אמורים בגדולה אבל בקטנה כופין כופין למאן אילימא לאב איפכא מיבעי ליה אלא אמר רבא כופין לבעל ליתן גט

A Tanna taught: This applies only to a woman who is of majority age but in the case of a minor, they may use force. Whom do they force? If we say the father, it should have said the opposite? Rather Rava said: They force the husband to give a get.
