ולוקמה דאית להו ליתמי זיבורית ואית ליה לדידיה עידית ובינונית דאזלי יתמי גבו בינונית ומגבו ליה זיבורית דאי נמי בשל כל אדם הן שמין הא אין נפרעין מנכסי יתומים אלא מזיבורית

But let it be explained [that this is a case] where the orphans owned land of the worst quality and the other owned best and medium quality, so that the orphans come and collect his medium land and let him collect their worst land? For, even though an assessment is made on a general basis, is not payment from orphans’ property recovered from their worst land only?
