Commentary for Ketubot 223:10

והני מילי שלא בברכותיה אבל בברכותיה כתיב (בראשית כו, יב) ויזרע יצחק בארץ ההיא וגו'

This too refers to periods when the land was not blessed, but when it was blessed it is written, “And Isaac sowed in that land, [and found in the same year a hundredfold]” (Genesis 26:12).
