Commentary for Ketubot 45:9

מאן דמתני לה ארישא כ"ש אסיפא דבשבויה הקילו ומאן דמתני לה אסיפא אבל ארישא לא

He who teaches it in reference to the first clause, how much more [does he refer it] to the second clause, for in the case of a captive woman they ruled leniently. But he who teaches it in reference to the second clause does not refer it to the first clause.
