ת"ר אני כהן וחברי כהן נאמן להאכילו בתרומה ואינו נאמן להשיאו אשה עד שיהו ג' שנים מעידין על זה ושנים מעידין על זה רבי יהודה אומר אף אינו נאמן להאכילו בתרומה עד שיהו שלשה שנים מעידין על זה ושנים מעידין על זה

Our rabbis taught: [One who says:] I am a priest and my friend is a priest, he is believed in order that others may allow him to eat terumah, but he is not believed that he would be allowed to marry a woman until there are three, [and] two testify to one and two testify to the other. R. Judah says: He is not believed even with regard to allowing him to eat terumah until there are three, [and] two testify to one and two testify to the other.
