Commentary for Ketubot 56:8

ואין נאמן לומר דרך היה לפלוני במקום הזה מעמד ומספד היה לפלוני במקום הזה: מאי טעמא אפוקי ממונא לא מפקינן

But a man is not believed when he says: “So-and-so had a path in this place”; “That man had a place of standing up and eulogy in this place”. What is the reason? We do not extract money.
