אימא בתולה לגזירה שוה ואשר לא אורסה פרט לנערה שנתארסה ונתגרשה

Why not say that “virgin” should be used for the gezerah shavah and “who was not betrothed” [should be used to] exclude a girl that was betrothed and divorced?
