אלא אונס בשלמא איהי כתיב (דברים כב, יט) ולו תהיה מדעתה אלא אביה מנלן

But as regards a rapist, though it makes sense that she [may refuse him since] it is written. “And she will be to him,” (Deuteronomy 2:29) with her consent, but how do I know her father [may also object to the marriage]?
