GEMARA. Rabbah b. Bar Hana said in the name of R. Yohanan: R. Elazar said his statement in accordance with the method of R. Akiva who ruled: She is entitled to the fine, and the fine belongs to her. How do I know this? As it was taught, An orphan..Rabbi Elazar says that one who seduces her is exempt but one who rapes her is liable [to pay the fine].
