לא נצרכא אלא לפחת נבילה פחת נבילה תנינא תשלומי נזק מלמד שהבעלים מטפלין בנבילה

It is only necessary in reference to decrease in the value of the carcass. [But have we not] already taught elsewhere? “Damage payments:” This teaches that the owner must dispose of the carcass.
