מיתיבי (תהלים יט, ב) השמים מספרים כבוד אל ומעשה ידיו מגיד הרקיע הכי קאמר מעשה ידיהם של צדיקים מי מגיד הרקיע ומאי ניהו מטר

They raised an objection: [It is written,] “The heavens declare the glory of God, and the work of His hands the firmament shows?” (Psalms 19:2). This is what it says: The handiwork of the righteous, who tells of it? The firmament. And what is it? Rain.
