אם יש עדים שזינתה תחתיו יש לה כתובה מנה בת סקילה היא הכי קאמר אם יש עדים שזינתה תחתיו בסקילה זינתה מעיקרא יש לה כתובה מנה

If there are witnesses that she committed adultery after being betrothed to him, she is entitled to a ketubah of a maneh! She is liable for stoning? This is what was meant: If there are witnesses that she fornicated while she was betrothed, she is to be stoned; if she fornicated before [her marriage] she is entitled to a ketubah of a maneh.
