ואי בעית אימא דכ"ע אין אומן קונה בשבח כלי וישנה לשכירות מתחלה ועד סוף ומקדש במלוה אינה מקודשת והכא במאי עסקינן כגון שהוסיף לה נופך משלו דמר סבר מלוה ופרוטה דעתיה אפרוטה ומר סבר דעתיה אמלוה
