ה"נ מסתברא דקתני (סיפא)

R'Judah agrees with reference to pulse, for it makes no difference whether you buy pulse for a perutah or for a denar!<span class="x" onmousemove="('comment',' There is no reduction when buying a large quantity. The employer had therefore no loss when the messenger spent only half a denar. The owner's order is therefore to be considered as partly fulfilled, and he is liable to the law of sacrilege.');">⁹</span>
