<big><b>MISHNAH: </b></big>[IF A MAN SAID,] 'I TAKE UPON MYSELF TO OFFER WINE', HE MUST BRING NOT LESS THAN THREE LOG.<span class="x" onmousemove="('comment',' This being the smallest quantity of wine prescribed in the drink-offerings that accompanied the animal-offering. viz., three logs for a lamb.');"><sup>5</sup></span> IF 'OIL', HE MUST BRING NOT LESS THAN ONE LOG;<span class="x" onmousemove="('comment',' The minimum quantity of oil prescribed for a meal-offering.');"><sup>6</sup></span>
