תניא יוצאין בשק עבה ובסגוס עבה וביריעה ובחמילה מפני הגשמים אבל לא בתיבה ולא בקופה ולא במחצלת מפני הגשמים הרועים יוצאין בשקים ולא רועים בלבד אמרו אלא כל אדם אלא שדברו חכמים בהווה:
