אלא היכי דמי דלא חלה שבועה על שבועה כגון דאמר שבועה שלא אוכל תאנים וחזר ואמר שבועה שלא אוכל תאנים דכוותה גבי נזירות היכי דמי דאמר הריני נזיר היום הריני נזיר היום וקתני יש נדר בתוך נדר קשיא לרב הונא
