אמרוה קמיה דרב הונא בריה דרב יהושע אמר ליה ובדיני נפשות מי אזלינן בתר רובא התורה אמרה (במדבר לה, כד) ושפטו העדה והצילו העדה ואת אמרת זיל בתר רובא
