אהדרוה קמיה דרבינא א"ל ובדיני נפשות לא אזלינן בתר רובא והתנן אחד אומר בשנים בחדש ואחד אומר בג' עדותן קיימת שזה יודע בעיבורו של חדש וזה אינו יודע
