ואי ס"ד לא אמרינן זיל בתר רובא נימא הני דוקא קא מסהדי ואכחושי הוא דקא מכחשי אהדדי אלא לאו משום דאמרינן זיל בתר רובא ורובא דאינשי עבדי דטעו בעיבורא דירחא
