אי אמרת בשלמא לשהות תנן מתני' מני רבי יהודה היא אלא אי אמרת להחזיר תנן מתניתין מני לא רבי יהודה ולא ר' מאיר אי רבי מאיר קשיא לב"ש בחדא ולבית הלל בתרתי אי רבי יהודה קשיא גרופה וקטומה

But if you say that we learnt about keeping it there, what does it matter whether it is within or on top? — Do you think that R. Helbo refers to the first clause?
